With effect from 10 May 2022, Naylor Drainage Ltd has acquired 100% of the share capital of Tuffpipes Ltd.

Tuffpipes is a Burnley-based manufacturer of PVC pipes for the utility and infrastructure sectors. The company has over £2m turnover and 11 employees. Tuffpipes is a good fit with our existing Plastic business, allowing us to offer our customers a broader range of PVC as well as Polyethylene ducting products.

For the remainder of this year, Tuffpipes Ltd will operate as a “stand alone” subsidiary of Naylor Drainage Ltd, with manufacturing continuing on the company’s Burnley site. Tuffpipes’ Neil and Amanda Tuff will remain with the business and oversee its integration into the Naylor Group; we look forward to working with them to maximise the potential of the Tuffpipes business.
